I bet! Has anybody seen that commercial (it's for some kind of car with a reallly tight turning radius) where the wife says, "Honey, you returned the videos, right?" and the husband says, "Yeah, I took the one out of the VCR." The next shot is the car doing a quick, tight, rather impressive U-turn and the couple running breathlessly into a video store. Ha ha ha! But they totally stole the idea from Trainspotting.
Cali, you're having trouble because your neck is not designed to hold up your head in such horizontal positions for long periods of time. Your head is actually designed to balance on your neck without any muscular support. (Just look at babies when they first sit up. Their heads are huge in comparison to their bodies, yet they have the most perfect posture of all humans, because their balance is so unstable.) Those muscles in your neck just aren't strong enough, nor do they need to be.
Try having him sit (well, slouch) in a chair and you sit on the floor. That keeps your neck from having to support the weight of your head, which is really quite heavy, while you're playing with his head. This is also a good position for you to be in when he returns the favour. Anything that keeps you basicly upright allows your neck to operate as it was designed without the extra strain of holding up your head.
But moreover, your inability to give him BJs because it hurts you should not be the source of tension in your relationship. He has no right to demand that you do something that causes you pain. I think that you two need to have a little talk while you explain that, while you enjoy pleasing him, the two of you need to work together to find a method that's mutually enjoyable and doesn't cause you pain. If he has a problem with that, then perhaps you need to reconsider this relationship, because that's not loving, caring, or respectful behaviour on his part.
And I'm with Valkyrie. Go for the actual sex. It's mutually pleasurable. Amazing the way our bodies were designed, really. Having him seated in a chair works well for that, too. Good luck.
