Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity

Our Balanced Man New Member badge is a circle with a stylized drawing of the "balanced man", with our letters at the top, "The Balanced Man" at the bottom, and the phrase "Spirit Healthy, Body Healthy" in greek surrounding the outer rim. New members are required to wear their Balanced Man Pin at all times.

Our Epsilon pin (or active pin) is in the shape of a golden heart, with a black shield mounted on the heart, our greek letters at the top of the shield in gold, and a gold skull and crossbones at the bottom. Pearls surround the rim of the heart. It is to be worn at all times when dressed up for fraternity functions (i.e. Chapter meeting, etc.) We are allowed to wear chapter and officer guards with them, as well. Variations of the pin can be worn, as the pins sent out by our nationals now do not have pearls on them. One pin is surrounded by rubies and pearls, and is done in the original style of the founders (the epsilon is below the skull and crossbones). This is the Grand President's pin, and he is the only member allowed to wear such a pin.
