First of all, I don't think four days is really that long. Sometimes people get busy. However, if something is REALLY important, you usually don't put it off. So, take it for what you want... Maybe you were the booty call, maybe he is interested... you just have to wait and see, and if you don't want to wait, then don't obsess over it.
Oh, and I don't think I would classify him as a "frat dick." He's just a boy... boys will be boys!
