The fraternal spirit is something that should not be riddled with physical, mental, emotional abuse. True fraternity can not thrive in such an envirnoment. Far better programs can be insituted to strengthen the fraternal bonds. Hazing breeds fear, distrust, hatred, and contempt not the trust, respect and love necessary for sisterhoods/brotherhoods.
