Clueless, perhaps my competence is being questioned for some reason. Because the first duty I took on, my director told me that she was very impressed how I did. It was a pretty simple task that I did. I don't think I am being trusted to do certain things, and the very things that I'm not trusted to do is what I feel more competent and confident in. Umm...yeah, how would they really know how I will perform in something if they never witnessed me do it.
