When I moved to Austin I left my roommate to find another and she placed an ad online too and got a few responces.
I know I've told this story before, but it applies here too...she ended up getting this roommate that was fine at first but then a hundred dollars came up missing in her wallet (not smart on my old roommate's behalf).
Then in the middle of the night the girl packed up her stuff and moved out. My old roommate was devistated because she was stuck with rent she couldn't afford and so she had to break her lease!
You're lucky that at least you have mulitple roommates, but still...it's scary! Be careful!
