POP3 Server Name: what the hell does this mean?
The POP3 server basically holds incoming messages for you until you download them onto your computer. If you're using Yahoo! or Hotmail or AOL, then you won't have a POP3 server to specify. If you have a dialup, or a school account, or DSL (basically, if your ISP gave you an email address and it's on a POP3 server), then you specify the name of the POP3 server in this box. Usually it's in the following form:

pop.yourisp.com
mail.yourisp.com
etc.

If you don't know these settings, chances are that your ISP's homepage will have them listed under their support section.

POP3 E-mail Program: what the hell does this mean?
This is the program that you would use to check your POP3 email account. These programs include Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora, and many others.

Buena suerte.
