HA HA HA!!! This sounds like some of the stuff we do in our town. We go bum fishing. Which is we tie up a can to a fishing pole and wait for bums to snatch them, when they do we reel em in. It can get pretty funny when you get the cracked out bums. Another thing we'll do is put a tv on the front lawn and hide with baseball bats and clubs, oh boy you should see the look on the poor bastards face when they try to pick up the tv!! The absolute best is when these two guys in my fraternity picked up a prostitute and drove her 45 mins away to a secluded area and kicked her out of the car. I always wondered how or if she ever got home....
