This is tooo devastating and actually in my opinion the authorities are acting like they don't have a clue
? I don't know I'm just venting seems as if there should be some clue some where to what the f8#k this maniac is and why is he doing this. This upsets me sooo much and I'm sure it upsets the rest of you all.
How can we protect ourselves from this sniper? to me he's no more better than hannibal lecter (sp?) or hell the man who eats people on silent of the lambs.
