TECHNICALLY it's a Carnation sis, but Big and Little are so universally recognized throughout GreekWorld, so we generally use that term.
Edit: I went to a Panhel meeting tonight, and then stopped in and watched Dawson's with some of the sisters... it was so WEIRD knowing that they know if they are our Big sis or not, and we don't! I was dying to ask
