Seriously, though, future prospectives--I REALLY hope you guys aren't scared by these replies stating all these huge designer labels!! B/c those people that wear all those labels are certinaly in the minority of the college population, at least the school which I attend and the schools that I have visited, in California, NY, and the like.
We do take good care of ourselves--always dressed nicely--that does NOT mean automatically designer labels however. It means that we look well-groomed and presentable and neat. It looks like we had a shower, put on clean clothes, and took at least a little time to make ourselves look nice. Most of us only wear T-shirts, jeans, sweaters usually. All you need is to look presentable--that's all. So don't be scared future rushees!!!!! I guarantee that if you make yourself look well-groomed and neat, regardless of the label, you will be respected.
