ChiOqt, please be careful! This stuff scares me and I'm not even in the area.
I hope they catch him soon. This is so terrible what this person is doing. I can imagine that due to the complete randomness of the acts it will be hard. I think it is so sad how this person is getting their sick high off of being in the media spotlight and acting as "God". It is so terrible that people are living in fear. No one should.
