Get a plain set and a sharpee marker. You can write all sorts of crazy drinking penalties on there. Each block you pull has something different. My fave was waterfall. Nobody else could chug as long as I could.
I also loved the ones that would just baffle you. After a couple of turns how many people could still rattle off all the names of the members of NKOTB!?! If you couldn't do any you had to take five shots! Brutal!!!
There were also plenty w/ truth or dare style categories.
