At one time we also had Alpha Xi Delta and Zeta Tau Alpha, but they left a while ago because of low numbers. The AZD house, which is pretty near my house, is very pretty- I don't know if anyone really lives there now, although I did hear that a business fraternity was inhabiting it. The Zeta house is now being used by Theta Chi and is HUGE- I don't wonder that it would be difficult to try and fill that every year, especially since it's located on the edge of campus (and on a campus as spread out as ours, location is key). I do know they are trying to recolonize though.
