Actually, it was a little more than 5 weeks.
As for Creatine, I've been taking 4 times the regular amount. It's like juicing, but legal. The down side to it is the fact that it makes you sit on the toliet a lot.
I've also been eating like a bum who hasen't seen food for weeks. I go to the grocery store three times a week now. My diet includes MANY apples to cut my body up. I've also been eating TONS of starches. Along with eating T-bone steaks 4 times a week and shit loads of hamburger helper ( Things high in saturated fat ) I've also been eating loads of fish and Italian foods.
Something I also found out, if you take Vitamin B-12 injections the side effects of it are extremely clear skin. This helps you when you tend to break out after taking too much "Creatine".
*Note*---Don't assume stupid things when I said I've had vitamin B-12 injections. My doctor back home prescribed it for me upon my request.
