How do I get people involved at a leadership level. Granted it has only been about 4 months I have been on this Alumni Association quest. I think part of the problem that everyone has been out of the loop for so long, they have forgotten what our sorority was and is all about.
I am sending out newsletters. and being a central hub for all communications. Can anyone think of anything else I can do to.
