Try hooking up with a sorority that has a similar rep as you guys (IF there is one).
Like someone said earlier, try to do something during the week first that isn't a party. Get each other acquianted first. Hopefully, they will see you guys as good friends than just a small fraternity.
Then they will more likely do things with you all.
