I can't say that I had a big sister, but my favorite Zeta of all is also my best friend. She and I were tight before I became a Zeta, and she was instrumental in my decision to seek membership as well. Because of her example (and that of her former roommate, who incidentally is now a national officer in Zeta), I went on to bring two very close friends of mine and my actual big sister (by blood) into the sorority. Because my two friends showed me that Zeta was a group of forward thinking women committed to service and sisterhood, I just knew it was something I had to be a member of.
