Are you in a certain type of local, (i.e. multicultural, Latino, Asian etc.)?
Unfortunately, a lot of greeks in other councils simply don't know that you exist until you make yourselves visible. For example, your chapter President needs to attend all functions that the Greek Life office hosts so she can represent you. Get to know members of the NPC and other councils in your classes, or just go up and introduce yourselves on campus. Wear your letters everywhere! (My chapter used to wear at least one item of clothing that had the letters on it nearly every day of the week.) Good luck!
