We just finished our float for First Friday which is the day before the first home football game of the season. Sororities make a float with a certain theme common for everyone and then march behind it in a parade and chant their cheers in front of the entire town. The whole town shows up to watch it along with the entire school. Its a hgue competition and we crown a Miss First Friday as well....kinda like homecoming at most other places. We just finished with our float on that and I am so sick of pomping and all that other stuff and we didn't even win!
How sad but we had a lot of fun in the parade
