I think I PM'd you yesterday. It is very interesting that quota was 71 and many chapters went 15% over (I thought quota plus could only be 5%) and a few chapters did not make quota at all. Most if not all chapters at Ole Miss are at/over total. Otherwise I would understand the ability to go over 5% quota.
If you did get the PM, I will send it again.
