My great Aunt first showed everyone
Madea's Family Reunion at my cousins wedding earlier this year, and then I saw
Diary of a Mad Black Woman at the beauty salon a month ago. That woman is off da chain!!! She reminds me soooo much of my great grandmother who passed several years ago. She was the same type: gun-carryin, cussin, smokin', poker playin, whiskey drinkin'...just a TRIP and to boot, she had a gold tooth in the front of her mouth and EVERYBODY else in our family was saved and went to church except her. Ironically, we called her "
Ma'Dear"
The part of Madea's Family Reunion I love is when everyone starts singing gospel songs and Madea starts singing like she is about to say "I know I've been changed," but instead she says "IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII.........I be strokin'!!!"

Pure hilarity. And everyone can relate to at least one family member from their own family in that play.
