***WARNING**** There may be spoilers in here . . . or Not

I really wanted to hear the chick perspective on this movie because it was the quintessential chick flick.

I was dissapointed by the movie although I did miss the first 15 minutes . . was it crucial?

I may go see it again . . .

Ok the dialogue was good. Some of the scenes were really funny also . . .

But here is where I was dissapointed.

There was no real tension!

Lets start with the ex Husband!

They made the ex-husband both better looking and more personable.

The ex totally made himself over . . for her! He started his own business, made money, learned how to dance all to become worthy to get her back after he actually had followed her to NYC and seen that he would have to do these things in ordser to be good enough to deserve her!

Does the famous quote: "You had me at hello occur to anyone yet?"

Oh and did I mention he was fricking self actualized? I mean he met all her anger etc with self deprecation and humour.

The Fiancee

Her Fiancee on the other hand was nice, sweet, romantic as all hell, good looking, and faced down the wrath of his social conscious politcal mom to marry Resse's character.

Oh and did I mention that he almost instantly forgave Resse for running a completely cruel and calculated deception on him?

He was actually a richer, smoother, better talker, even more actualized and even more sincere example of her ex-husband.

Did we all notice that he got Tiffany's to stay open late so that all the customers were gone and basically said pick a ring? (Great Scene)

His onlly flaw may have been that he was a little too self actualized lol.
