That is correct! I don't think it's a biggie right now during the summer, but once school starts everyone gets weirded out when PNMs are at the bar or because no one wants to get their GLO in trouble. You'll have plenty of chances to meet people after Recruitment!
Last year, a few of my sisters, a couple of another sorority's sisters, and I were hanging out at the Phi Sig Phi house (kind of a low key, unofficial party since we weren't supposed to be having parties) and some PNMs showed up. Everyone freaked out! All us sorority girls went out on the porch and hid, the PNMs felt uncomfortable because no one was talking to them and they knew
we were uncomfortable, and the guys were pissed because we all bolted outside. It was just a bad situation for everyone.
