Running Recruitment
I am an advisor to a university's Panhellenic Council. This is a small, private school, and recruitment numbers are very low. As young women who already have, or are about to experience formal recruitment, what would you like to see happen? In other words, if you could run recruitment, how would you do it? It has been a few years since I was an active undergrad and would appreciate any suggestions from those of you who are living it now. Thanks
