I just got my braids for the first time last saturday. I have a problem with "stress spots" that travel though out the sides and back of my hair. I thought it would be best to give these perms a break. I am loving these braids, I just have to get used to long hair. I never knew how much your own hair (if long) can get in the way. Now I see why so many women rock pony tails. Thank you Nikki1920 because I learned a lot from you about which products to use. Because I went into this hair venture totally blind
