We do big/littles about 3-4 weeks into the new member period, once they know the actives a little better. I currently have 2 actual littles, Vanessa and Beeta (Beeta isn't active for Fall though, but I hope she comes back in Winter), and I've adopted 2 littles, Sam (who isn't so involved in the chapter anymore, but she didn't feel too comfortable with her big... my boyfriend's lil bro is her boyfriend... weird), and Krystle (who's big transferred to UCLA). I really really really want grandlils this year, because I'm a senior and I went SOOO long without a family! The family trees are important to me in the chapter, and mine has been kind of weird... My big was a senior when I was a freshman, her big was a senior when she was a freshman, and was also a transfer from Colgate University in New York, so I only know names of my family, but not much more! I'm going to adopt a few Delt lil bros this year though, even though I consider all of them my boys!
