Frank is from lewisburg, pa which is about 15-20 min. from where i grew up. he is a lot like most people in the area, really bored. not to say what he did was at all right, but it doesn't surprise me. i heard of stuff like that going on all the time when i was living in pa. and trust me, he ain't kidding about lewisburg. it is one of the most boring towns. they don't have much more than a few shopping centers containing next to nothing. the closest mall i think is in muncy which is pretty far.
he seems so innocent though on the show.
