There is probably more to the story. It was on CNN last night. The police did not find the same "facts" as the attorny is alleging. I bet an attorney approached the family and promised them riches (what sorority has 100 million dollar policy?). I'm sure the chapter (of 4) are no angels but I doubt they are the monsters the press will make them out to be.
The good news is all this (if you look hard) is that our undergraduates (all men and women) will think twice before doing something stupid. At least this semester they will.
