That's a good point StrangeFruit, especially considering that there are cases where chapters have been forced to take in X amount of people or have had to let people on line in lieu of lawsuits or other action. I know at my alma mater they would jack up the price compared to what Nationals actually asked for. Therefore, not only was Nationals getting theirs, the chapters were getting theirs as well.
