I know you're looking for fraternity ideas...but ours is a long-sleeved tee (our awesome advisor had them made for us) and on the front, it has our letters superimposed on a lyre. Then, it has on the back..."Think for yourself...Rush Alpha Chi Omega". I know this is too meek for a frat's shirt, but I thought it was cool.
