I don't understand the whole being quite on certain floors thing. I think all sororities have the rule where you can't talk to anyone in a sorority during rush, and you can't talk to Anybody about rush. That goes for your roommate. But that doesn't mean you can't talk to your roommmate about other things. That's how it is at my school anyways
