I come from a Northern chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma on a small college campus. In fact, we are the only GLO on campus. This whole business of what to wear is foreign to me. I have been reading all these different rush threads in which pnm's are freaking out about what to wear and I think it is rediculous. Maybe it is just because my chapter is highly isolated from the rest of the greek world, but we don't put that much emphasis on dress code. We like to focus on getting to know our pnm's as people, rather than as fashion models.
