Pictures are important (at least they were at my school). Even if the girls already have one from your Rush form, I would still send a picture attached with your cousin's rec. Another pic helps the girls to remember you better, and it also keeps them from having to dig through the piles of Rush forms to match your cousin's rec with a face. Hope this helps!
