As a non profit, they can hire themselves to run the business, I believe.
While I understand their motives, I question their decision to use Church's Fried Chicken. Obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes are rampant in the African-American community. Granted, you can't dictate who should and will eat what kinds of food, but by making access to 'bad' food easier, I can't see how that will help the community.
