gym HC's

HC I hear you about the people who take forever in between sets
HC you just gotta ask to work in
HC if you don't you could be there all day
HC I HATE 5:00-6:30 at they gym
HC rush hour!
HC you can never get to the machines for the lines!
HC other than that I really don't have too many gym complaints
HC I found the BOMB protein bars!
HC they actually taste REALLY GOOD
HC Labrada Blueberry cheesecake- mmmmm
HC VERY low in carbs and sugar (which I am currently doing my best to kick out of my diet) and has 30g of protein

HC someone asked this earlier, but phytochemicals are chemicals that are made by plants- we take multivitamins to get a lot of them- antioxidants and such
HC the problem is that science hasn't even come CLOSE to identifying all of the beneficial phytochemicals contained in fruits and veggies, and how they affect us
HC even the ones that they have identified have been rather shadily tagged as benefical on little good evidence
HC it might just as well be the interactions between these chemicals that gives us the benefits

HC the above information was found inthe Harvard Medical School Guide to Healthy Eating, just so people don't think I'm pulling all this from some kooky website or aomething, lol.
