Sounds like the problem here is not so much the IFC rules as it is groups that don't give a **** about
any rules, including criminal laws. Sorry, but it's pure bull to blame an IFC rule prohibiting alcohol for any group's decision to distribute controlled substances. If this is typical of Greek groups on your campus, then more than two fraternities need to die. With behavior like this, though, it's not the school or IFC killing them... they're killing themselves.
