I assumed this guy next to me in a workshop had tourette's or something. He was blinking his eyes and had vocal tics. Alone that wasn't funny at all. But, he was blurting things out in Japanese, quietly, I was the only who heard it. I couldn't help but laugh, people were looking at me like I was crazy because they didn't know what I was laughing about.
