I go to a mid-size university (12,000 - 15,000) and you had to have a resume... this is the south though. Also, while letters of recommendation were not specifically asked for, they do help a lot. I had at least three letters for each sorority. Rush here is prett competetive, but nowhere near as brutal as it is at Alabama and Auburn!
