LOL, I may consider personal shopping as a side career. I've had to balance champagne taste with a beer budget, to use a cliche. For instance, I've also scored two pairs of JP Tod's driving shoes, and paid less than $100 in both cases.
Today, after payday, I have to scoot to an Off Fifth and pick up two sleeveless
pink cashmere turtlenecks for one of my line sisters (for those unfamiliar with NPHC terminology, that's an equivalent of a pledge classmate) and I. These turtlenecks retailed at Saks for $298, were reduced to $84 and are selling at 70 percent off the $84.
