Wow... you've really thought out your rush outfits. I wasn't nearly as organized, but then, I rushed in the Northeast.
For pref, go with the blue. Many chapters wear black, and blue will help you stand out. You might want to have a light wrap with you, in case it's chilly... nothing like trying to talk when your teeth are chattering
and if it's not cold they'll just take it at the door.
