Well, today is day one of classes.
Our first party of the year(THE first party of the year, at our school) is tomorrow, Tequila Sunrise by name--We hold the honor of throwing the first and last parties of the year on the first and last possible party dates. Tequila sunrise, and tequila sunset. Our first meeting of the term will be sunday. We are going to be talking about the PoE, implimenting further lead phases, and electing a new social chair, since our last one transfered during the summer.
Other than that, we cannot rush till January(fraternities cannot rush first years during fall term. And since our fall term is only 10 weeks long, we do not have enough time to run an informal rush, and still get everything we want a pledge class to do in during that time).
We will be working on some pre-rush events. Poker night(non-gambling), movie night, as well as a few, smaller scale events, during the fall term.
