By this definition, AEPhi, Theta, and Pi Phi all routinely haze.
This is taking things too far. New members are also forbidden to wear the badge worn by sisters. Is that hazing, too?
(I'm not trying to attack you, Jen, I'm just pointing out that some of the "anti-hazing" rules are being taken to extremes.)
