I seem to recall Erik Conrad explaining this at some length in another thread -- although I can't remember its name.
I believe he said that there were such rankings, but the results were highly questionable due to different size schools, number of chapters, size of groups, etc.
Betarulz, you might want to PM Erik and ask him to reply on this thread.
