start slowly when it comes to kissing and never get over aggressive because at times that may seem annoying. I'm with James on this one a bit. Take your time before you begin to touch down there. Kiss him and make sure your both feeling a little blissful before you start rubbing that area. Rubbing the lower back with your nails and the back of the head seem to do the trick. Inside of the thigh seems to be a great spot as well, right before you go towards (u know what).
