That sounds like my town, they are SO strict, and the cops are at EVERY SINGLE PARTY, and we dont even have greek houses, so the cops have to go out searching for these partes in BFE, and they STILL find them. And I am not exaggerating. But, we can get kegs at walmart here in oklahoma, so thats cool!
