i am planning to go through rush with an open mind, but i would appreciate anything anyone could tell me! Thanks!

lizportland: I would urge you to keep an open mind, because I'm sure that what you've heard is stereotypes. What's more, I'm sure that each group might have a girl who's quiet, rich, or..err...."morally casual".
One thing that you should definitely do, is BE DISCREET. Don't ever say things out loud like "I heard ____ sorority is really (insert negative thing here)". You never know who's listening!
SERIOUSLY!! A girl who has a KD room-mate might hear you, or an Alpha Phi's boyfriend might overhear you....YOU NEVER KNOW!! And if you're seen to be saying negative things about a sorority, the other sororities might get a bad impression of you.
Go through Rush, and see for yourself, and keep an open mind. Your gut instinct and impressions will tell you ALOT about which groups is best for you.
And come back after Rush and tell us all how it worked out and what house you pledged!
