I'm looking for an aerobic video with GOOD music. Not that fake wanna be musak versions of pop "hits" but a good driving beat that will make me want to pop the tape in and do it! Any African Amercian step videos out there?
The step class I go to is awesome. We do step to hip hop, reggae, etc. I wish I could tape her class and use it when I want to.
