Tara - do you mean to skip the "period pills" and just go to the next pack of active pills? No, you shouldn't get pregnant. I know I personally would not do that method though, just because I don't like the idea of not getting my period for months on end.
If it is going to make you too paranoid I would just go back to the normal way...
