I'm sorry, I'm confused by what exactly you mean by this? You think I would know what? That it is not a favorable scenario to have the same rusher with the same two rushees for the entire party? Yes, I do know that. One doesn't have to be involved in rushing for 14-15 years to know that. That is supposed to be second nature by the end of Rush Retreat.
Or are you saying that you would think I would know it is unlikely that this would happen? It IS unlikely. UNLESS the chapter's rushing skills are not up to par. Then it is much more common.
One more thing, regarding the floaters? I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "they floated"? In my chapter, floaters were girls who were not assigned to a particular rushee at the beginning of the party but instead kept an eye on conversations that were in progress and was ready to jump in if it seemed to be lagging. Maybe the women who are assigned to do that are called something else in your chapter?
